About the Service

The Page Zero service is published by PROJECT ZERO, a French simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the French Trade and Companies Register under SIREN number 100 598 994, whose registered office is at 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France ("PROJECT ZERO").

These Terms & Conditions combine, in a single English-language document, the substance of the French Conditions Générales d'Utilisation (terms of use, "CGU") and Conditions Générales de Vente (terms of sale, "CGV"). The French documents are the authoritative versions and prevail in case of any conflict.

1. Purpose and scope

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") set out the conditions under which PROJECT ZERO makes the Page Zero service available at pagezero.club (the "Platform"), and the conditions applicable to any subscription to the Service by a natural or legal person (the "Customer").

Any use of the Platform and any subscription implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service. PROJECT ZERO may amend these Terms at any time; the applicable version is the one in force on the date of subscription or renewal, and amendments to the terms of use take effect upon publication on the Platform.

2. Description of the Service

Page Zero is a SaaS (Software as a Service) product for the automated generation of product listings for the Amazon marketplace. The Service relies on artificial-intelligence and semantic-analysis technologies, connected to third-party partner APIs, to produce content optimized for Amazon's A9 algorithm and compliant with Amazon's rules.

Features include the generation of titles, bullet points and product descriptions, category-specific compliance checks against Amazon's rules, and assisted semantic keyword research. Available features vary by subscription plan.

3. Access and account creation

Access to the Service is reserved for adults acting in a professional capacity and for legal entities. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating your account. Any misrepresentation is your sole responsibility.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Any use of the Service from your account is deemed to have been made by you. In case of loss, theft or unauthorized use of your credentials, notify PROJECT ZERO without delay at arthur@pagezero.club.

PROJECT ZERO reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a breach of these Terms, without notice or compensation.

4. Free trial

PROJECT ZERO offers a free 7 (seven) day trial starting at account creation. No payment information is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, access to the Service is automatically suspended unless you subscribe to a paid plan. Data generated during the trial is kept for 30 (thirty) days after the trial ends, then permanently deleted.

5. Plans and pricing

PROJECT ZERO offers several subscription plans, billed monthly or yearly. The essential characteristics of each plan (price, included generation quota, features) are shown on the Platform's pricing page, which is the applicable contractual reference. The prices applicable to a subscription are those displayed on the Platform on the day of the order; they are shown to the Customer before payment is confirmed. Prices are exclusive of taxes; applicable VAT or sales taxes are those in force on the invoice date.

Prices may change. Any price change affecting a current subscription will be notified to the Customer by email at least 30 (thirty) days before it takes effect. A Customer who does not accept the change may cancel the subscription free of charge before the new price takes effect.

6. Payment

Subscriptions are paid by automatic charge through our secure payment provider, Stripe. The Customer authorizes PROJECT ZERO to charge their card or bank account for the subscription amount at each due date. Monthly subscriptions are charged on the subscription day and then on the same day of each following month; yearly subscriptions are charged in full on the subscription date.

In case of payment failure, PROJECT ZERO reserves the right to suspend access to the Service after a formal notice has remained without effect for 5 (five) business days. Late payments automatically bear interest at the applicable statutory rate, plus the statutory fixed recovery indemnity provided by French law.

7. Term, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions have no minimum commitment and renew automatically at each term (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled by the Customer. You may cancel at any time from your account area or by contacting arthur@pagezero.club; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund is made for the remaining period, except as provided in Section 8.

PROJECT ZERO may terminate a Customer's subscription in the event of a serious breach of these Terms, after a formal notice has remained without effect for 15 (fifteen) days, except where urgency justifies immediate termination. In that case no refund is due.

8. Withdrawal and refunds

Under Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and waiver of the right of withdrawal.

For professional Customers (legal entities or natural persons acting in the course of their business), no statutory right of withdrawal applies. PROJECT ZERO may nevertheless, as a commercial gesture and at its sole discretion, accept a refund request within 7 (seven) days of the first paid subscription, upon a reasoned request sent to arthur@pagezero.club.

9. Invoicing

PROJECT ZERO issues an electronic invoice for each payment. Invoices are available from the Customer's account area and sent by email to the billing address provided by the Customer, who agrees to keep their billing information up to date.

10. Additional credits

Beyond the generations included in the subscribed plan, the Customer may purchase additional generation credits at the prices displayed on the Platform. Credits are valid for the duration of the current subscription and are neither refundable nor transferable in case of cancellation or plan change.

11. Customer obligations

You agree to use the Service in accordance with its purpose, these Terms and applicable law. In particular, you must not:

  • use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or contrary to public order;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the systems of PROJECT ZERO or of third parties;
  • reproduce, copy, sell or commercially exploit all or part of the Service without PROJECT ZERO's prior express authorization;
  • introduce viruses, trojans or any other malicious code into the Platform;
  • use the Service to generate content that is misleading, defamatory, or contrary to Amazon's rules or to any applicable regulation.

You are solely responsible for the data you enter into the Platform and for the content you publish on Amazon from the generated listings.

12. Intellectual property

The Platform, its architecture, interfaces, algorithms, databases, trademarks, logos and all of its content are the exclusive property of PROJECT ZERO or its partners and are protected by French and international intellectual-property laws. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Service for the duration of your subscription and within the limits of these Terms.

The content (product listings) generated by the Service from the data you provide is your property. PROJECT ZERO claims no ownership rights over that generated content.

13. Availability and maintenance

PROJECT ZERO strives to keep the Service available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, and may carry out temporary interruptions for maintenance, updates or improvements. PROJECT ZERO is not liable for interruptions caused by events outside its control, including communication-network failures, third-party provider outages or force majeure.

14. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". PROJECT ZERO does not warrant that generated listings will be accepted by Amazon or will produce specific commercial results. Content compliance is checked against Amazon's rules in force at generation time; PROJECT ZERO is not responsible for subsequent changes to Amazon's rules or algorithms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PROJECT ZERO is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, loss of data or loss of business, and its total liability under these Terms is limited to the amounts actually paid by the Customer during the 3 (three) months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.

15. Personal data

PROJECT ZERO processes personal data as a data controller in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The details of the processing, your rights and how to exercise them are set out in the Privacy Policy.

16. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to treat as strictly confidential all confidential information communicated by the other party in the performance of the contract, and not to disclose it to third parties without the other party's prior written consent.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute concerning their interpretation or performance, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution. Failing an amicable agreement within 30 (thirty) days of notice of the dispute, the courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal shall have exclusive jurisdiction, including in the event of multiple defendants or third-party proceedings.

18. Miscellaneous

If any clause of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in force. PROJECT ZERO's failure to invoke a breach by the Customer of any obligation shall not be construed as a waiver of the right to invoke that breach later.

19. Contact

For any question about these Terms: arthur@pagezero.club, or by post: PROJECT ZERO, 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France.
